Our coach, Shannon Houde, MBA, has coached, hired and trained CSR professionals for more than 10 years. She has worked with a range of levels of sustainability professionals - from recent graduates to senior management. She will motivate you to identify your skills and values, to write an irresistible CV, and to design an action plan for success.
What is career coaching?
Career coaching helps individuals discover what they really want to do with their lives and then develop a strategy to achieve it. In a series of one-to-one sessions our coach will help you gain clarity and develop a concrete plan to find the right career path for you. Whether you are trying to break into the sustainability field, are moving within it, or just want to reflect on where you are and where you could go, these sessions will provide you with the conviction, tools and drive to go to market and achieve your career goals.

Complete Coaching Package
If you are committed to seeing the full benefits from one-on-one coaching then the complete coaching package would be best for you.
Three 1-2 hour sessions over 4 weeks. You will work one-on-one with your coach to:
